WCBU's Tanya Koonce talks with Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas Kilbride who was retained in last week's elections.  Justice Kilbride's retention campaign is being called the most expensive one-candidate race of its kind in the country.  It will likely be viewed as a pivitol point in Illinois Supreme Court History.
